The unconscious perceives patterns consciousness misses, makes judgments faster than deliberation allows, and integrates information across domains consciousness keeps separate. Unconscious Intelligence Theory suggests that much of what we call intelligence is actually unconscious, and that learning to trust and access this hidden intelligence is a skill.
