"Cop and Roll" means to grab your drugs or whatever, and leave the immediate area quickly. It is a combination of two terms: To "Cop" which is to purchase or acquire something (often drugs or loot). The term originated with street drug users as a way to quickly say "going to buy drugs" in less conspicuous terms. The term "Roll" means to quickly depart. The combo phrase can be used at a bank or really at any place there is a long line and the people in front of you are not "rolling" to make way for the next in line.
Guy 1: Yo these dudes in front of us are taking forever - they already got their drinks - now they just hitting on that hot bartender..

The practice of following behind a police cruiser or other service vehicle responding to an emergency in order to pass the other people who pull off the road to let them by.

Get the cro copmug. This phrase was parodied by Monty Python to end some sketches. Instead of a climax or punch line, the police (cops) would turn up and arrest the characters. Therefore, they would literally "cop out" of finishing the sketch. The most notable was at the end of "Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail".

The 'Bad Cop' behaves negatively toward the subject, making blatant accusations, derogatory comments, threats, and in general raising the subject's antipathy. This sets the stage for the 'Good Cop' to deceptively act supportive, understanding, defensive, and in general show sympathy for the subject, which may make the subject cooperative towards the latter.
