Tripping

Tripping is when you're chasing your friends in a game of tag when one of your shoes accidentally hits a rock while their foot is trying to extend up in the air in a running motion, as we all run. When your friends shoe/foot hits the rock the foot will no longer be able to go up any higher into the air to run, therefore, they will fall as their body is still in a running motion but the motion will not finish. As a result, they fall to the ground, i.e, trip

Note: please keep in mind that when someone says tripping, it may not always mean what is listed above, as tripping is also the ghetto way of saying "i messed up"
