The phrase is of unknown origin but it seems that it comes from the "franchise" of Star Trek porn parodies such as "Sex Trek: the next penetration" and "Where no man has cum before".

Originating from the 1994 movie: PCU. This term is most used as a comeback when someone says or does something you dislike. Can be used just like: "blow me" but adds that extra bit of urban flavor. This saying will often confuse and insult simultaneously.

Dude 1: Why did you order cheese on my burger?

Dude 2: I went and got it, didn't I?

Dude 1: So?!

Dude 2: So! You can "Blow me where the pampers is!"

A bragging statement after you do something spectacular which is meant to be answered with dumbfounded silence.

Bruce and his beerpong partner Sally were losing 9 cups to 0. Suddenly, they proceeded to hit 10 cups in a row to steal the victory and Bruce exclaimed, "Where's your mouth?" Their opponents shook their heads and Bruce and Sally embraced.

ebonics: the uneducated way of asking "where are you". an urban expression that is usually spoken on the telephone to determine someone's location. This expression has been used for years in the hood and has been around long before cell phones existed.
