Nonsense n,v particularly in long-winded verbal or written form. Contrary to common belief, this term pre-dates Blackadder, who anyway didn't even say it. On the script for the final episode of Blackadder Goes Forth- see w ww.whatalovelywar.co.uk/blackwords.html#P4E6 - it's written "wooble" (pronounced "wuh-ble").
