Term for a person who takes other people weaknesses, Soft spot, or desperation and use it as an advantage for their own power (usually money).

Commonly used in some country located in Southeast Asia region as a metaphor.

1) loan sharks.
2) That guy is not a Leech}, but hes a land leech.
