Essentially, a "fuckiologist" in this sense would be someone who uses profanity habitually or as a kind of reflexive response to various situations, rather than as a deliberate or intentional choice of language.

Fuckblimp

A term from within the inflation community. Usually used as an endearing or teasing term by dominant female inflators when blowing up submissive male inflatees,but it applies to all genders. Can be used for describing those inflated with air,gas,or occasionally blueberry juice and/or water,although those would more fall into the 'liquid fillings' category and therefore not truly be 'blimps'.
