Miccool (Michael Sung) is an animator, known for animations like the 'Entanglement' series, 'Indiana Stick', 'Micmadness' and 'Micwizard'. He's among the greats, when it comes to animating special effects. Go check out his 'Effects Demo Reel 2015'.
The guy's been around the animation community for a while, considered a veteran, with his first appearances dating back to 2008 and maybe earlier but fuck if I know.

He's just a nice guy, that makes cool stuff.

A local variation on the popular pasta dish 'macaroni', served in the market area of Delhi, India.
