Micoraini 

A local variation on the popular pasta dish 'macaroni', served in the market area of Delhi, India.

During preparation, the white pasta is overcooked and beaten into submission until lifeless, after which vegetables are selected at random and mixed with the pasta. It is important that no cheese or sauce is used in the preparation process.
