freakin the black

The process of rolling a Black & Mild cigar to loosen the tobacco in order to remove the light brown liner (“cancer paper”) paper from inside the cigar. Sometimes this process involves removing all of the tobacco from the Black & Mild and replacing it without the light brown liner (“cancer paper”). This is done to make the “Black” burn slower and smoother. Occasionally it is also followed by licking the entire exterior of the cigar to wet it (also slowing the burn time).

Justin and Karnard freakin the Black in the break room before going outside to smoke it when Justin dropped the tobacco in the floor.
