That irritating, not especially romantic state that many married couples fall into when they are no longer young and restless- basically, they're friends with benefits and wedding rings. The purpose of this is to prevent passion from interfering with raising their kids. It's a force of nature, and it is incredibly disturbing to watch as it takes place. There is no known cure except divorce.

AND THE LEAD SINGER IS SOOO HOT!!" and I am *definatley* not going to say "THEY'RE LIKE A BUNCH OF EMO PUSSIES!!" because I strongly disagree with both of those. I don't think they are the best band that ever lived, but I think they are very good and deserve credit for having loyal fans for several years, and aren't degrading to women or racist/offensive to anyone in any way. And, no offense MCR, I really don't think that they're really that hot, but do they *need* to be? Does every girl need to have the hots for them to think that they're good? They aren't a bunch of 'emo pussies' because their style of music may not intrest you enough to take the time and try to figure out what the lyrics really mean. And guys, please, does it really matter who else listens to them? Is the band's quality really affected by who wants to hear their songs or go to their concerts? No, it's just about you and the music. You either like it or you don't. Say what you want, write what you want, give me a thumbs up or thumbs down, I really don't care. What I do care about is that this band had the courage and talent to display their emotions, feelings, and thoughts to the world through their music. Music is art, people see it different ways and, depending on who you are and what your intrests are, your opinion will change. Just deal with it guys, and jam out.
My Chemical Romance is a successful band with many fans, criticizers, and people who will support them no matter what they do.

Though their first album was dark, and bordering on metal, their second album was rock, but still very dark.
With their 2006 album, 'The Black Parade', they continued to use dark imagery in their lyrics to portray a story full of emotion, and fantastic riffs!
Though slated by many, My Chemical Romance is a great rock band with a huge 'army' of fans, most of whom are teenagers, who affectionately call themselves the 'MCRmy'.
The band will most definitely go down in history as a fantastic rock band, who strive to look after, and care for their fans.
The band currently consists of:
Gerard Way - Lead locals
Ray Toro - Lead guitar
Frank Iero - Rhythm guitar
Bob Bryar - Drums
Mikey Way - Bass guitar.
Three of the band members, (Gerard, Mikey and Frank) are now married, and it is for this reason that the band are now taking a short break, after a two year long tour, before they release anything else.
