Delete Day

The anniversary of someone's death, usually a parent or sibling. Delete Day tradition says you dress up in extremely dramatic (preferably black) clothes, eat fish and chips for breakfast, and give absolutely no f***s what people think. Lean into the Matrix aesthetic.

hard delete

When you get hammered to the point of remembering nothing, making a complete fool out of yourself, pissing a lot of people off but refusing to hear the stories when your friends tell you about them. Rather, you'd prefer to hard delete the night act like it never happened.

Friend: Do you remember last night calling your ex and telling him he was the love of your life and you'd never love anyone like him, then using a wedding china to make nachos only to break it and spilling a glass of red wine all over your cashmere sweater.....

You interjecting: I don't need to hear any more. Let's hard delete last night.
