Neo-conservative 

A devout follower of the conservative ideal of small government ...when it comes to the economy. A neo-conservative will gnaw at the very soul of anyone who disagrees with him/her on moral issues, however.

A neo-conservative politician doesn't care about people who live in poverty, because of his/her "conservative" ideals. This same "conservative", however, will fight life and limb against homosexuality, because it is "wrong" (i.e. he/she doesn't agree with it). He/she will try to put the Bible in public schools because he/she believes that it is the work of God.

Corporate conservative

A politician who is more concerned with the interests of corporations, but the only reason they champion conservative values like "preserving the family" is to appeal to the conservative masses in order to distract them from their corporatist interests that will eventually screw over their constituents.

Progressive Conservative 

N. An oxymoron. A political party in Canada. Created in the 1830s, formed the first government of Canada under the name Liberal Conservatives (another oxymoron), changed their name to Conservatives and then merged with the Progressive Party to become the Progressive Conservatives. After the Mulrooney government they became very unpopular.

Joe Clark is a progressive Conservative.
