Ten and two tweaker twist

When a crystal meth shard is put into a meth pipe you have to purge out cutting agents and allow the shard to liquidate then allowing it to reharden inside the bowl. To spread out the liquid meth you rotate the pipe in a motion from 10 - 2 on the clock. Tweeker

A person who spends countless hours performing repetitive tasks while high on amphetamines or methamphetamines. Usually they hide during the day, away from the public because of the schizophrenic state and horrible complexion caused by days of sleep deprivation and not eating.
