A papamoaner is much more evolved than a mangawhiner. Unlike mangawhiners, papamoaners have developed the ability to look past their own selfish desires and only really start "papamoaning" when the mangawhiners start causing drama. The term papamoaner was created by the mangawhiners as a comeback when they couldnt cope with the fact people were pulling them up on their shit
