A Nemmers is someone who is completely fuckin oblivious to mostly everything, is crazy for some booty, and is generally confused, but is fun to be around. Nemmers enjoy the simple life, and enjoy a good blunt from now and then to "Take the edge off", but they most likely have no edge at all.
