When a company takes your points you earned by buying their product/s and either makes them worth less than they were when you started earning them or removes them altogether. They could also do both and these underhanded practices along with making the products they sell smaller. Firehouse subs has done all three of these much to the dismay of many of their former customers.

This company totally firehoused me, I will never buy a sub from here again!
