smuck

Smuck is slang for a tool used in the trade show industry. It is a wingnut driver. Usually handmade by the owner and looks like a dowel the same size as a clothes rod in a closet with a slot and hole in the middle. Also widely used as a driver for hurricane nuts when fastening shutters. There are a couple of companies making a variety of these. Sometimes spelled as schmuck. The best ones are 7/16" nut drivers with a slot cut in it.

Used to describe when picking teams like road hockey or baseball and the teams are clearly unfair and unbalanced.

When the other team is way better than yours.
