Various forms of milk torture, including but not limited to, water boarding Joaquin Phoenix with fresh dairy (specifically because of his cleft pallet and fucked up lip)

Angry phoenix

Downing a bottle of Pepto Busmoul on Friday after work. Then drinking rot gut and eating only extremely spicy food for all your meals. Then come Monday down a bottle of laxatives, and destroy the communal toilet while at work.
