Hein is an abbreviated version of the word Heinous. Heinous meaning: (of a person or wrongful act, especially a crime) utterly odious or wicked. Hein may be used as both an adjective, verb, and noun.

Adjective: Her box is absolutely hein, lot of labia hang.

Verb: I think we should hein around the city tonight.
