Debbie Downer

A person who constantly makes negative comments or has negative thoughts named “Debbie,” “Deb,” or “Deborah,” with physical features resembling those of one with Down syndrome (such as shortened posture, wide set eyes, enlarged tongue, short hair cut) hence the word “downer.”

The students were so excited to throw their teacher a baby shower until Debbie Downer arrived and rolled her eyes.

female fans of the rock group Bowling for Soup. Taken from their hit song 1985. Usually meaning a female fan,soccer mom type who is like the Debbie in the song 1985.

We had so much fun at the Bowling For Soup concert but there were alot of Debbies there.
Her mom is such a Debbie, she goes to all their concerts and collects their things.

denbigh

Town based in the Vale of Clwyd in north Wales. Welsh name is Dinbych which translates as "small fort". Area rich in history stretching back centuries. A castle was built in the 14th century and the ruins remain to this day. The town was famous for a mental hospital which closed a number of years ago. The town centre is full of pubs and is a great place for a pub crawl. Simply the best town in the world!

This is a person who goes to the store and once they pay for their items, the cashier must always tell them to flip their debit card over as they ALWAYS have it facing the wrong way.

That guy ALWAYS has his debit card facing to the left. What a retard eh? I mean, he comes in twice a week and ALWAYS forgets. He must be a debit card retard.
