dead love

When you think that you're in love but in reality you're just defying yourself from one of the biggest lies ever. You're not happy, and you keep telling yourself that everything will be okay with your partner. But they never get better. You two only keep hurting yourselves and each other. You lose a part of you and you don't even recognize who you are anymore. All that you do seems wrong, it feels draining. You feel like the main cause of your partner's unhappiness is you. Your partner makes you feel incompetent of understanding him/her. You are not yourself anymore. You don't recognize yourself anymore. You start to think and wonder of the type of person that you are and what it is that you allow. When before you didn't use to allow what you now allow.. Hell, now you allow it all. You're weak, and not the good type of weak. The type where you allow someone to call you things that are nothing less than unworthiness. You feel like you are unworthy.. You think you are happy, you want to make yourself believe that you are still happy like when you were in the beginning of the relationship, but you aren't. You start to think that you do love him/her, and that is why you'd rather see them go than to see them suffer next to you. That is dead love.

What we have is dead love, because we no longer make each other feel alone and full.
