One who labels Human beings by racial classification. Someone who engages in Identity politics. An anti-Science person that makes or enforces race based policy. Someone that believes Homo Sapiens Sapiens have biological races.

They voted the RaceAss out of office. That RaceAss is so out of touch with reality. The RaceAss got fired.
Those RaceAss morons are teaching my children anti-science bigotry. Don't be a RaceAss, because the most willing ass always carries the heaviest burden.

Is what occurs when you are trying to play a long embedded video of high quality and the downloading is trying to out run the speed of the video playing so you do not get the "buffering" delay.

I was trying to watch "Grinding the Crack" on youtube in HD but my download was so slow it lost the lag race and I had to pause it so it could continue to download.
