A super-secret fellowship established in the geographic center of the world, Wilmington Massachusetts. Established in 2005, the brotherhood continues to gain members worldwide. However, due to the rigorous initiation that the society requires membership remains within manageable numbers. Meetings are held approximately tri-annually at Sneaky's house where the members plan future shenanigans and sometimes punch Brander in the face. This is a definition for the game Halo 3. Its an acryonym for Bungie Rip Off because the game has so many glitches. You get ripped off a lot so a kid named Anthony or CardiacArrest47 on xbox live created the acryonym so far it has exploded.
