A rare species. People who actually are not 5 year old sans lovers. Since they are so rare, sans fangirls are stereotyped as annoying screechy 5 year old mary sues. Something that went well, or maybe just better than expected, but is now over. It may also be used insultingly or sarcastically to describe an attempt that was, in fact, not a good run.

ex 1: Kanye had a good run as a sane person.

ex 2: After Jeb Bush announced he is ending his candidacy for president, someone could yell sarcastically "Good run, Jeb!" to hurt his feelings.
