An institution of Education for the youth of society to prepare them for the real world. Schools are managed by a Principal, who then manages the academic personnel (Teachers, Educational assistants, janitors, security, cafeteria chefs)
Schools often get a bad reputation across the world do to the ideology that school is slavery and other forms of forced labor and torture, while it is legally forced, it is forced in good terms, unlike slavery, you are gaining something for yourself, that being education and preparation for the real world and job opportunities. However, many schools across the globe are heavily under-prepared for a large amount of students and mental health due to a lack of funding compared to other departments of the country, causing many students to swiftly become rebellious against it, blaming academics and parents and not the governments lack of funding.
