An inconspicuous way of saying that you had an epiphany and now realize that your significant other has become so attractive, cool, funny, etc., to you, that they have evolved to near celebrity crush levels. This is comparable to stating that they are a "Unicorn." This also implies that you have known this individual for a long enough period of time to fall in love or believe you could fall in love with this person.
