A sex position reserved only for the gay community that must be performed on the beaches of San Diego. It involves one partner stuffing the other partner's mouth with sand until said partner begins to shit sand. At this point, the first partner will violently fuck the second partner who begins to shit pure sand on the man's dick. The first man's dick and the other man's ass will then begin to bleed, creating a sexual, sand/shit powered blood transfusion.
