Damn hick

An American term.
A 'Damn hick' is a term used by self-respecting and/or stereotypical northerners against stereotypical southerners or at least someone from the south displaying at least one stereotypical trait that may or may not happen again. This insult isn't used periodically, but only in the heat of the moment.
Also used against a southerner living in the north, but flaunting the fact that they plan to move back to the south.
This is the opposite of the word 'damn yankee'.

Southerner- I hate it up here! It's cold, the snow is never ending, and all of you yankees wont quit driving so slow! I wanna move back to the south!

Northerner- You're so annoying, you damn hick!

Northerner1- This guy is driving so slow! It's not even raining that hard! MOVE IT, ya damn hick!

Northerner2- Dude, chill, he probably just doesn't want to go off of the side of the road.

a dominican person who lives in the US, but still lives, talks, dresses and act like they are still living in dominican republic.

Some US raised dominicans try hard to act hick.

dominican hicks use the same phrases used in DR and they will try their hardest to stay updated with the new hick slang

dominican hicks walk a certain way(train walk)moving your arms in a locomotive way, and relaxed legs.

dominican hicks Wear pointy shoes made with alegator skin, with nut hugging jeans

Over uses hand jestures for EVERYTHING.

They can talk them selves out of almost ANYTHING. Using something called Dando Cotorra aka Parrots.

Some Hick slangs: Dame Luz, Dame Light, eso eh parte la LiFe, Que lo gua, Montame que toy a pie, dime a ve PAPA Y tu potato, Pela Catz, Balkotz aka balbarazo, tranki, montando pila, sueltame en banda, Manin, Le llegatz aka le llegate, and there is much more.

south jersey hick 

south jersey hicks have southern accents, drive around in rusty old pick ups to the purposly loud, over exagerated pimped out ones equipped with any kind of light you can think of with lots of stickers(including the confederate flag bumper sticker) usually has an expensive paint job. they are loud, annoying, stubborn, obnoxious,and unfourtunately have the brain the size of an acorn. Likes to ride quades or any type of vehicle that has a motor with a confederate flag on the back , most likely a racist dumb ass.

ashley: did you see those "south jersey hicks" riding in the back of that truck with the confederate flag?

taylor: uh, yeah (yells) GO BACK TO ALABAMA COUSINFUCKERS!!!

suburban hick 

An unsophisticated person from a sub-urban area who is known to tan frequently, bleach their hair, and wear many misguided fashions at once, such as oversized sun-glasses, gauchos, flip-flops, popped collars, and anything from Abercrombie & Fitch. Can often be found wandering aimlessly in a mall talking on a cell phone. Usually travels in packs. Often posts pictures of themselves scantily clad and drinking heavily on social networking websites such as myspace and facebook.

While in the city, the suburban hicks stuck out like a sore thumb.
