Desert Lights

A story told in the Australian outback to mislead tourists and gullible fools into believing the desert has atmospheric phenomenon similar to the higher latitude Aurora Borealis and Aurora Australis occurring close to earths magnetic poles. Usually followed by an elaborate story of how they saw them once and if you are lucky and vigilant in observation you may be witness them also.
