A derogatory term used in reference to long-term methamphetamine addicts due to their erratic behaviour and mannerisms, but mostly due to their ghoulish features caused by the physical side effects of the drug. See also: Tweaker, Crankhead, Burnout.

There aren't many people in Walmart at this hour; just a few random people in the aisles and a bunch of meth goblins hanging around the arcade machines.
