Chumpy Boots

Chumpy Boots is a nice way of calling someone a chump without doing it. It usually gets a "wha-a-a?" response. People (chumps) who are called "Chumpy Boots" tend to immediately call everyone in their vicinity the name, because they don't know what it is. Hence, the "chumpiness" of the word. A true "chumpy boots" is going to call someone else the name ESPECIALLY if they have no idea what it means.

I had no idea I was such a chump but I soon learned after I called him chumpy boots and had no idea what it meant! I guess I am the chump after all.

Chump

A man who despite his best efforts, solicits the compassion of all those who view his desperate attempts to outdo others (primarily his older brother). He oft believes he is a superhero, elite athlete, or ninja zombie warrior, only to be brought down to earth by the reality of his true nature. Generally a really good guy, but lives with his head in the clouds, and some would say, an alternate reality. Usually you can hear people refer to him as..."Poor Guy".

It's too bad Berry is such a Chump, did you hear he thinks he can outplay, outwit, or outsmart Robert? I don't want to be there when he finds out it is not possible, poor guy.
