A person who wears a pair of bright skinny jeans a scene chick would wear and a shirt, flannel, hat, bandanna and shoes to match said pants. All they do is listen to "Jerkin" music and have "jerkin" contests in random places such as outside of a wendys or in the mall. In said contest nobody really wins because everyones doing the same shit.
