He was cantonese and cooked authentic cantonese food so i searched up how to say "slay queen in chinese" and a woman on the internet said that "nu wang sha" is how you say slay queen in chinese so i gave the cghef a confident smile and confidently said* Nu wang sha! *he gave an awkward smile i hope he understood the compliment*

In some parts scattered around the world, 'Sha' is often used as a slang to address your friend, but in a distinct tone.
Often used when you're frustrated while ending the sentence and the last syllable is stretched or when used in the start, it is almost when you really want the person you're addressing's attention.

"Ay Marc, Ms.Ruben just told us she takin gym class tomorrow"
"Tell me you're fucking trolling Sha"
" Sha I'm telling you, that chick is into me"
"Ight man whatever you say"
"Im being fr Sha"

A way of saying for sure with more attitude. It can be used to agree with something or tell someone you agree, while sounding more smooth than saying for sure.
"We blazin tonight?" - "Sha fo bro I got shit to do today, smoke."
"Damn that bitch was fine." - "O SHA FO, I'd tap that cud."
