Septa

A transit system of buses and subways in Philly, PA whose whiny, miserable workers are always on strike, despite being paid well above the minimum wage for unskilled labor. When the workers are not on their lazy asses and actually working, they exhibit passive aggressive personalities and are always behind on their schedule.

Man1: "Is Septa on strike again, or are they just late?"
Man2: "I don't know, but I got to get to work goddamnit!"
