It is synonymous with not "selling out" one's principles or sense of self in any given situation, no matter what the cost.

The act of masturbating in a stall. School stalling occurs during gym class or a study hall. Lunch is the most common time though. Stalling in an office setting can happen during a lunch break. It is disgusting to most people because of the public setting.
