A male (the receiver) sits as if to straddle the toilet, then reclines backward so that his head rests on another chair and his body is parallel to the floor. The other party, or giver, handstands on the toilet seat so that their body is perpendicular to the receiver's body while facing towards the receiver's feet, then proceeds to fellate the receiver while he takes a shit.
