A person who is full of themselves. A person who acts like they are better than anyone and super self-centered. No one really likes these people and they find them very irritating. They often can be found wearing popped collar polo shirts, backwards hats, and stone washed jeans. Further identifying marks are tribal tattoos and Cali stars. It has been believed that the mook population annually migrates to it's native breeding ground of New Jersey.

Rick: Hey what's wrong with that ET2 Delia, is he always a dick face?

Minor, canon fodder villains in a TV show, like the foot clan in ninja turtles, the sword wielding henchmen of Oren in Kill Bill or stormtroopers in star wars. They don't have names and frequently don't have visible faces on screen. They exist to give the heroes someone to fight and show off their arete or powers.

The heroes cut down dozens of mooks as they fought their way into the villains sanctum.
