But these days "fail" is mostly used on the internet by no-life teenage losers. (Sometimes even in real life)

They say phrases such as "this FAILS", "you FAIL at life" and "FAIL" and "EPIC FAIL".

Meebo Fail

When you send an IM on meebo and the person doesn't recieve it. A meebo fail usually follows with "meebo message: could not IM buddy" or "meebo message: could not connect to network"
