Tasty injection

A tasty injection is the act of spreading vanilla and or chocolate frosting over the nub of a removed appendage usually the hand, from the wrist up, then depending on sexual preference, you proceed to tastefully "inject" the frosted nub into ones vagina and or anus.

Ex: My grandfather once told me how he gave my grandmother and my mother a tasty injection right when he got home from the war. Gotta love you gramps!
