A social media democrat or SMD for short is a person who bases all political opinion off of articles read on social media platforms or by jumping onto the same agenda as celebrities. Also referred to as Social Justice Warriors.

Those who believe Kanye would make a good president are such Social Media Democrats.

Those who support democracy, since the word democrat is derived from the word democracy. A political party opposite of republican, though, sometimes, hard to distinguish based on current well-known democrats who have been more republican-like such as Bill Clinton and Tom Daschle. A true democrat supports the welfare of everyone, as opposed to the welfare of only the 10% upper class.

An extremist democrat would be a communist, while an extremist republican would be a nazi.

An American citizen who actually cares about other people. Likes to actually use logic to solve problems, other than the common Republican slogan, "If they don't agree.. Bomb 'em!" Often called "Communist", "Nazi", or "terrorist sympathizer" by Republicans for actually giving a damn about this nation's people.

Republican: Let's brainwash all of the United States' citizens into believing that we do the work of God and that Democrats are really just a satanic cult trying to take over the US Government!

A liberal celebrity, movie or television programme that promotes the liberal Democrat ideal of elite government control under the intellectualist and socialist democrat philosophies of compassionate authority, such as universalists like Walt Disney, William Shatner or Stephen Hawking, or liberal activists like Lady Gaga, Oprah Winfrey or Hannah Montana, or liberal movies like "The Lion King", "Hercules" or "Sister Act", or liberal special events like Sydney 2000, Disney World events or Pops does the Fourth.

A mockery of the political system of democracy. Can be used in two ways:

1- to ridicule a country's system which is an oligarchy or aristocracy, masked as democracy.

2- to ridicule the idea of democracy as a progressive, humanistic political system.

1- When the final candidates you get are Trump and Hillary, it clearly shows the politics of USA have degraded from democracy to demockracy.

2- A system of governmen of sheeple, by the sheeple, for the sheeple. Yeah, that's demockracy for you.
