An acquaintance who tries too hard to become one of the "bro's" and constantly refers to himself being in the wolf-pack when he clearly isn't.

It can also refer to that guy who constantly ends sentences with "bro".

Acquaintance: Howz it goin? Bro! Pal! Heard you were at that party last night, decennnt. I was gonna go but I got so drunk with a sh*t-ton of girls and couldn't make it because my car had a flat tire from having too many girls in the backseat. So I stayed home and Fb'ed.
You: Brohard.
Acquaintance: What? Bro. You down to slam a 2'1 of palm bay with the buds!?
