Pi in the Sky

When math-anxious or mathophobic folks are prepared to watch a movie on the number π, or to listen to a podcast on it, on a “flight to nowhere,” as they take pride in playing their part to keep their national airline from going under.

Environmental groups have criticized those “Pi in the Sky” vanity flights, which would release millions of tons of carbon dioxide in polluting the environment.

Pi Inferiority Complex

When the sight or sound of the symbol π triggers a negative reaction in people’s mind, which makes them feel or think that they are hopeless at school math or algebra or geometry—common symptoms are momentary blackout, faster heartbeat, and sweaty palms.

Guesstimate how many millions of otherwise educated folks worldwide suffer from some form of pi inferiority complex every year.

Pi-sexual

One that is finds no pleasure in life or sexual experiences although finds complete bliss in the perfection of the equation Pi to such an extreme degree that they feel as if the meaning of life it’s self was meant to solely worship Pi.

I didn’t understand nor enjoy life till I found the flawlessness of being a Pi-sexual.

Pi Trance

When autistic folks or idiot savants claim that hours-long meditation on the digits of the decimal number π puts them in some kind of hypnotic state, thus allowing their mind’s eye to see sexy numerical relationships, or kaleidoscopic geometric shapes linked to the “sacred” digits of the transcendental pi in hyperspace.

Pure mathematicians or number theorists obsessed with the beautiful properties of π love to indulge themselves in pi trance activities, hoping to experience a few aha! moments in the process.
