Get the baoer mug.An individual... usually a 12-year old boy who buys a cheap $25 7-watt handheld radio on Amazon, and then uses it to illegally activate radio-controlled systems in their area, including public safety, business, and amateur radio repeaters. But, they're most notable for falsely activating tornado sirens. They learn the frequencies and codes used to trigger the siren(s) and set them off at various times, causing fear and annoyance to the whole community.
