Completely, utterly, and totally inebriated to the point at which conciousness is a long forgotten sensation. One who is scoatted is unlikely to arise from their shameful slumber regardless of stimuli, be they photography flashes, a wet marker pen to the flesh, or even an early morning visit from the paramedics.
Originates from ancient, Britonic folklore, in which tales are told of a brave warrior, cruelly slain by the evil wizard Tequilladon. The warrior's final words before his unsightly demise were "T'ees it ovah". The warrior's name was Scoatt, and he was scoatted.

scrambled porn

The kind of porn you watch when you were in your early teens because you were too afraid of getting caught look at porn on the internet. Usually the spice channel or playboy late at night on a basic cable box. The screen would fuzz in and out of clear pictures where you could see the people clearly but all wierd colors and usually no sound(mind didn't).

I watched scrambled porn for 2 years before I got the courage to look at porn on the computer.

scratter

To call someone a 'scratter' is a serious insult. this type of individul is known for being the lowest and most populated form of class in Britain today. Usually known for their scuzzyness and chav like dress wear. These simple folks unusual vocabulary normal consist of quotes like

- "scuze mate aint got 20p i cud hav for bus, ave ya?"

and

- "cudnt crash a fag mate?"

homeless, smackheads, chavs ect.

a mix between the words stressed and rattled. when someone is too stressed and too rattled to express each separate word.

Carmen was so strattled last night when she didn't have enough time to do everything she had to because Meg was distracting her.
