a mix between the words stressed and rattled. when someone is too stressed and too rattled to express each separate word.

Carmen was so strattled last night when she didn't have enough time to do everything she had to because Meg was distracting her.

Stratten's Law

A social rule that goes, "The younger and hotter a women is, the more she dates losers."

Origin: Dorthy Stratten, who at age 20 was one of the youngest Playmates of the Year. She felt obligated to date her high school boyfriend who "discovered" her for the Playboy Empire. Supposedly when she was planning to dump him, the boyfriend killed her in a murder-suicide.

What you expect, Stratten's Law at work again.

An intense mixed feeling between anger and fear. Can occur when already being rattled and becoming frightened during.

She was pretty scrattled after being left alone at night when her coworker walked out unexpectedly.

A shorter way of saying "Distracted" but meant to be used on someone who is crazy, out of there mind, drunk or drugged, or even just weird.

You are so stracted! Girl, he acts so stracted. Oh no, here comes "stracted" ass Linda, hide your purse.
