Plosher

This is a term to describe a douche bag, a Jakass, or a Bitch

It was invented to be more insulting because a douche bag will clean the pussy, while a plosher will make a dick dirty

It is used so the person it is directed at is even more pissed off then if you just called them a douche or a bitch

That kid looked like a Plosher to me.

You're not even good enough to be called a douche, you're more of a Plosher.
