Surprised or dumbfounded, as reflected in the rounded of your lips when you're bewildered by an awkward person or scene.

(The expression is very popularly used among teens in Hong Kong)

Someone with a head that resembles a female's vagina. The people with these sorts of heads are dopey mofos who do not know what hit if mike tyson punch them in the nose. The majority of mootheads are teachers as their heads are fucked due to a head with a hole in it that is used for the implementation of a nob. It also contains pubic hair and sometimes their faces start to bleed so they shove a paper rocket to stop it from bleeding.
