Keffis

The name of a person in a more or less constant state of non-balance. Often intoxicated with alcohol and/or huge amounts of nicotine. Commonly expresses things like "Whoaa oaa oo wa wa! Knulla alla brudar!"
A Keffis is rarely seen clothed during celebratory occasions.
