Searching for or communicating with another person by yelling at the top of your lungs, especially when you could easily locate them quietly and have a discreet conversation.

JimBob: Geez, is that your mother hollerin'?
Skeeter: Oh gawd, she's on the Okie Intercom again. The whole neighborhood can hear her.
JimBob: You better go.
Skeeter: (yelling at 110 decibels) I'm right across the street ma! Lordie, turn it down a notch!
JimBob: (ears ringing) Holy crap.
